- What is the estimated delivery date?
- Delivery is scheduled for the last four months of 2026.
- Are rentals through Airbnb and other platforms allowed?
- Yes. Short-term rentals through Airbnb and similar platforms are permitted.
- Are parking spaces and storage rooms included in the price?
- No. There are 17 underground parking spaces and 20 lit storage rooms, each available for an additional USD 18,000.
- What is the monthly maintenance fee?
- The projected fee is 60 pesos per square metre of construction per month. It covers gas, the common areas and 24-hour security. Each residence has its own water meter.
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes, small and medium-sized pets are welcome. There is a pet washing station downstairs.
- What is the ceiling height?
- Clear ceiling height is 3 metres. Entry and interior doors are 2.2 m high; the sliding terrace doors are 2.4 m.
- What finishes do the residences have?
- Kiel Sand rectified porcelain flooring (60 x 120 cm), white quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, American oak woodwork with soft-close hinges, tempered glass showers, LED lighting with smart switches, a travertine marble facade, Black Ceylon PVC windows and a smart lock on the main door.
- Which appliances are included?
- A five-burner stainless steel gas cooktop, a gas oven, a stainless steel sink and a range hood. No additional appliance packages are planned. The laundry area is prepared for a dishwasher and a laundry centre (appliances not included).
- Is air conditioning included?
- Yes. Each residence has air conditioning in the living room and in every bedroom, plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Compressors sit behind the elevator core.
- What kind of water heater is installed?
- A gas tankless water heater, located in the laundry area of each residence.
- How many elevators does the building have?
- Two high-speed elevators: a passenger elevator for 8 people and a larger service and stretcher elevator for 14.
- What are the pool dimensions and is it heated?
- The pool and wet areas measure 29.3 m long by 3.8 m wide. Yes, the pool is heated.
- What are the standout amenities?
- A heated infinity pool, an ice bath and infrared sauna, a dedicated coworking space, a sports bar, a gym and a pet wash station.
- How is the building constructed?
- Partition walls and some interior walls are reinforced concrete; the rest are drywall. Two cisterns hold 55,000 litres each.
- Are there solar panels?
- No, the building does not include solar panels.
- Are architectural plans available?
- Yes. Every residence page on this site shows its floor plan; the brochure holds the full set.
- What lighting is included?
- Recessed ceiling lights inside and wall-mounted fixtures on the terraces, with one or two smart switches per residence.
- Are bathroom mirrors and glass showers included?
- Yes, tempered glass shower enclosures and mirrors are included.
- What about electricity and internet?
- For sales closed before delivery, the buyer's details go to CFE so each owner opens their own contract. The building is ready for high-speed fibre internet.
- How do I pay, and in which currency?
- Prices are quoted in USD and payable in MXN at the FIX exchange rate of the day the funds are credited. Four payment plans are available; the larger the down payment, the larger the discount. Every residence page shows the schedule for each plan.
